On a Saturday morning, when loads of Personal work and official work are pressing me , I decided to give myself a break by dwelling into this no-benefit work for a while!!
Giving my brain a good activity ( which i seldom do!! ), I started formulating my list of TOP Best and Worst dressed Heros list of Kollywood. ( you can judge my astuteness here by my way of keeping away from blogging abt actresses :-P)
Anyways here you go with the List (For known reasons Rajini is not accounted in this list :-)) :
Best Dressed :
1. Kamal Hassan : When it comes to fashion, this man will ever lead this category for ages to come. There had been days of grey for this legend playing with poorest attire as a 'Chappani' in "pathinaru vayadinilae". But with Sarika ( his ex-wife) taking up his costume designing responsibility there had been no looking back for him. Be as a 'IPS- Raghavan' or as ' Pilot- Ram' this man presents a charisma in screen . For all his talent he deserves this First place.
2. Ajith Kumar : When it comes to fashion , this man is the perfect pick .. Be it donning a satin suits as 'BILLA' or with a extra facial hairs (krudha) for Asal, this man shows to Kollywood what fashion really means !!
3. Surya: The fashion icon of Tamil industry. He is the one to show to Kollywood that a astounding physique can be equally threatening like the punch dialogues. Though short height is a drawback, he perfectly judges his weakness and choses a attire that cud boast his personality. Call him a 'Trend-setter'
4. Silambarasan: It will be unfair on my part to miss this so-called younger generation actors. Though 'bad-boy' tag didn't go well in favor of this promising lad, his style quotient is remarkably good!! With his recent "Vinaithandi varuvaya" donning casual shirts and jeans this man treats the audience with his picture-perfect looks for the role.No doubt he entered 'heart-throb' category after this movie :-)
5. Arya: Be it 'street-smart' role as in "Arindhum ariyamalum" or a sanyasi in "Nan kadavul" or as a 'White-collar professional' in "sarvam", he brings us the perfect blend of Fashion in every attire he wears. A little facial hair goes in his favor for good-looks.
Worst Dressed:
1. Vijay : From someone who created trend sporting unique attires in Khushi's and Sachin went ahead wearing silk robes in Parrot green colors!! May be it wud have helped him catapult the right stroke for masses but lose the interest of Fashioners !!
2. Dhanush: Hughely criticised for his petite looks. Though having looks like a martial arts practicer he is unable to capatalize on it and win a ticket to Fashion city!!
3. Vishal: Tall height, slim figure, right smile but lack of good hair style or wadrobe collection has put him one step below in the fashion ladder. Wearing checked Shirts of 80's days is a big NO NO!!!
4. Bharath: ufff!!!! give me a break , please copy paste point 1. he is the upcoming xerox copy of Illayathalapathy !!
5. Jeeva : He is capable of picking right dresses for his role, but at times misses the fashion flight!!. One of the youth heros who could experiment different roles like Kamal, but when given the role for his age (chocolate boyish hero roles!! ) he misses to set a trend !!!....
